While technically called klobasneks in Texas, everyone just calls them kolaches. We brought this tradition to Battle Ground because we believe a quick breakfast shouldn't mean compromising on quality. We use a time-honored recipe to create a dough that balances a hint of sweetness with a rich, savory sausage. Choose between, all-beef, cheddar, jalapeño cheddar, & andouille.

Experience the pastry that started it all. Our traditional sweet kolache features our signature pillowy, buttery dough with a well in the center to hold a generous dollop of sweetened cream cheese and a swirl of premium fruit jam. Finished with a light dusting of posypka (sweet crumble).
